秋風起，草籽邊撒、邊飄。 “不好了！好多種子都被吹飛了。”小和尚喊著。 “沒關係，吹走的多半是空的，撒下去也發不了芽。”師父說：“隨性！”
撒完種子，跟著就飛來幾隻小鳥啄食。 “要命了！種子都被鳥吃了！”小和尚急得跳腳。 “沒關係！種子多，吃不完！” 師父說：“隨遇！”
半夜一陣驟雨，小和尚早晨衝進禪房： “師父！這下真完了！好多草籽被雨沖走了！“ “沖到哪兒，就在哪兒發！” 師父說：“隨緣！”
一個星期過去。 原本光禿的地面，居然長出許多青翠的草苗。 一些原來沒播種的角落，也泛出了綠意。 小和尚高興得直拍手。 師父點頭：“隨喜！”
隨不是跟隨，是順其自然， 不怨懟、不躁進、不過度、不強求。 隨不是隨便，是把握機緣， 不悲觀、不刻板、不慌亂、不忘形。 五隨總括就是珍惜一切，輕鬆隨性過生活吧！ October 09 蝴蝶蛹有一个人无意中找到一个蝴蝶蛹。
几天后，他留意到蛹出现了一个小孔，他就停下来观察它。过了几个小时，
他见到里面的蝴蝶用它细小的身体挣扎从小孔出来。
看来很久也没有一些进度，小蝴蝶好象尽了最大努力也没有办法出来。这个人
于是决定帮它一把，找来一双剪刀将蛹的尽头剪开。蝴蝶这样就很容易出来。
但是这蝴蝶的形态有一点特别，它的身体肥肿，翅膀又细又弱。
这人继续观察蝴蝶因为他相信翅膀会渐渐变大而它的身体会越来越小。
这没有发生。小蝴蝶余生只是托着肥肿的大身体和细弱的翅膀，在地上爬着走。
它永远也不会飞行。
这个善良的人不了解蝴蝶必需用它细小的身体挣扎从小孔出来，
它必需经过这个过程，蝴蝶才可以将身体里的体液压进它的翅膀里。
大自然在此有一个很奇妙的设计，
就是蝴蝶从蛹中挣扎出来是为着预备它将来飞行需要的装备。
生命里面的挣扎是我们必需有的。
如果老天允许我们顺利地过一生，我们也许就此不会变得坚强。也不会成长。
所以当你碰到有逼迫或苦难，记得有人正为你祷告，
最后你也会明白真理在你身上的计划。
